Nrgy Gel 45 with Caffeine is available in two versions: with 65 mg or 130 mg of caffeine per gel. This allows you to choose the amount of caffeine based on your nutrition strategy and other sources of caffeine you consume throughout the day.
The version with 130 mg of caffeine may help increase alertness and improve concentration.

When someone mentions caffeine gels, everyone thinks of that horrible taste. However, Nrgy Gel from Nduranz is super tasty and only slightly different in flavor compared to the non-caffeinated ones. Cherry is by far my favorite! Also, having multiple options, ranging from 65 mg to 130 mg of caffeine, is great and super important.
The gel is packed with 45g of carbs and just the right amount of caffeine for an extra boost of focus. The texture was smooth, with a nice balance of sweetness and saltiness. Definitely a go-to for a hard workout, or a long run when I need to dig a little deeper.
I use this product during the races, especially in the first part of them so the caffeine have the right time to be absorbed and get the benefits of it. Favourit flavour: Mango.

Tenéis la desfachatez de mandarme una encuesta para preguntar por un producto que no he recibido. Después de esperar me decís que no hay stock. Vergüenza debía daros. Me enviáis un mensaje de que mi pedido esta en camino y a la semana que hay un problema y no hay geles de cafeína. y me retrasáis casi otra semana el envío de lo que os da la gana. Habiendo recibido unos geles que no eran los que pedí. Y ahora me preguntáis.
Lamentamos profundamente lo ocurrido y comprendemos completamente su frustración. No hay excusa para lo sucedido, y le pedimos disculpas sinceras por los inconvenientes que esto le haya causado. Je commence par le bémol car les frais de livraison sont prohibitifs. Je commanderai beaucoup plus de produits si ce prix était contenu. Pour l’analyse des gels que j’ai utilisés… ils sont géniaux. Le packaging est plutôt pratique et résistant sans problème pour l’ouverture et la grande contenance permet de s’alimenter correctement. Question goût je l’ai trouvé très agréable un peu sucré mais sans trop. Quant à l’énergie je n’ai pas été en dette au cours de mes très longues sorties (300 à 400km) sachant que l’apport de caféine se fait bien sentir, surtout lorsque l’on est habitué à en consommer lors des sorties en ultra cyclisme. Bilan : avec un prix très compétitifs de ces gels 4Endurance frappe en grand coup et je recommande vivement des gels.
Tiene un sabor como café con piruleta pero no es intenso, está bueno . No da problemas de estómago, no es empalagoso , la cantidad de CH es generosa , el único pero es la cantidad de cafeína igual si tuviera más se agradece , en algunos casos se necesita más .

Veramente ottimo il gusto, il gel già li conscevo da tempo, pratico triathlon e questi gel sono un compagno fedele durante gare ed allenamenti. La caffeina trovo dia quella botta iniziale in più

Lots of energy, great taste (Mango) and caffeine helps to stay focussed. Just need some water with it because of thick substance.

Al día de hoy solo puedo decir que es un producto de muy alta calidad, se digiere bien y con ingestas de 90G no he tenido ningún tipo de problema estomacal. Buen contenido de sodio y a mayores los encuentras en mismo formato con cafeína.pienso seguir utilizándolos en mis salidas, formando parte de unos de mis básicos.Es de tener en cuenta que a los que somos consumidores habituales se nos siga haciendo el descuento de FUEL10, un saludo cordial!!
