The standardized 45 g carbohydrate content makes it easy to combine the gel with other products from the Nrgy line based on individual needs.
Nrgy Gel 45 with Caffeine is available in two versions: with 65 mg or 130 mg of caffeine per gel. This allows you to choose the amount of caffeine based on your nutrition strategy and other sources of caffeine you consume throughout the day.
The version with 130 mg of caffeine may help increase alertness and improve concentration.
When planning your intake, consider other sources of caffeine as well, such as coffee, energy gels, drinks, and supplements.
Nrgy Gel 45 with Caffeine contains the Nduranz Electrolyte Mix®, a blend of sodium, chloride, potassium, and magnesium.
The electrolytes complement the product's nutritional profile and allow you to consume them together with carbohydrates.

Nrgy Gel 45 with 65 mg of caffeine (Cherry and Mango flavors): Consume up to 2 gels per hour, depending on your carbohydrate needs and tolerance. These gels can be combined with non-caffeinated gels, drinks, or bars to help meet your hourly carbohydrate targets. Do not exceed 5 gels per day. Nrgy Gel 45 with 130 mg of caffeine (Coffee Amarena flavor): Consume up to 1 gel per hour. These gels can be combined with non-caffeinated gels, drinks, or bars to help meet your hourly carbohydrate targets. Do not exceed 3 gels per day.

I really like how easy they are to digest, even when I’m pushing hard, and the caffeine gives me just the right mental boost without feeling jittery. The taste is great, not overly sweet, and it keeps my energy steady all the way to the finish line.
When someone mentions caffeine gels, everyone thinks of that horrible taste. However, Nrgy Gel from Nduranz is super tasty and only slightly different in flavor compared to the non-caffeinated ones. Cherry is by far my favorite! Also, having multiple options, ranging from 65 mg to 130 mg of caffeine, is great and super important.
The gel is packed with 45g of carbs and just the right amount of caffeine for an extra boost of focus. The texture was smooth, with a nice balance of sweetness and saltiness. Definitely a go-to for a hard workout, or a long run when I need to dig a little deeper.
I use this product during the races, especially in the first part of them so the caffeine have the right time to be absorbed and get the benefits of it. Favourit flavour: Mango.

Funciona de maravilla, bueno de sabor, sienta bien al estómago y te da ese plus con la cafeína que te permite seguir por más tiempo. Para las tiradas largas en aguas abiertas viene genial!!

Veramente ottimo il gusto, il gel già li conscevo da tempo, pratico triathlon e questi gel sono un compagno fedele durante gare ed allenamenti. La caffeina trovo dia quella botta iniziale in più
