Private individuals who conclude a distance contract in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of taking delivery of the goods by themselves or by a third party other than the carrier designated by the consumer.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the company of his decision to withdraw from the contract in a clear statement by registered letter to VG Group d.o.o., Bežigrad 13, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, or by e-mail to info@4endurance.eu.

In order for the withdrawal to be valid, the buyer must communicate his decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period (14 days) expires.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the company will refund the payment to the buyer within 14 days of receipt of the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The company may withhold payment until it has received the returned goods or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the goods. The buyer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The company will reimburse the buyer for the cost of payment using the same means of payment that was used for the original purchase. The means of payment may also be changed by express agreement between the company and the buyer at no additional cost to the buyer.

The returned goods must be undamaged, in unaltered condition, and in the original packaging. If any of these conditions are not met, the goods cannot be returned. This does not apply to goods that have been destroyed, damaged, lost, or reduced in quantity through no fault of the buyer.
