Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value is €9.95. We will not ship orders below this amount.

Delivery Time

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed. Standard delivery in the Eurozone typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on the location and carrier.

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?

We offer express shipping with DHL for orders to the following countries: 

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, and Slovakia.

We also offer express shipping to the UK through our local website, https://4endurance.co.uk/.

Express orders placed before noon will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon will be shipped the next day. Delivery time for express shipping is 1–2 business days, or 1–3 business days to Ireland. If you are eligible for express shipping, you will see the option as well as the cost at checkout.

We work with DHL, DPD, Chronopost, Packeta, GLS, FedEx and a select few other reliable carriers, depending on your location.

Shipping FAQs

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your parcel on the carrier’s website.

If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us at info@4endurance.com.

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. It is also not possible to combine multiple orders into one parcel.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?
No. At this time, it is not possible to schedule delivery for a specific date.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
First, check your tracking information to see the current status of your parcel. Then have a look around your property — including any usual delivery spots — and check with neighbors or household members. This is especially important if you gave the courier permission for contactless delivery. If you still can’t locate your order, please contact our support team at info@4endurance.com.

Why didn’t I get the confirmation email?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us at info@4endurance.com.

Why is my parcel marked as delivered even though I did not receive it?
Occasionally, deliveries don’t go smoothly or take unexpected routes — especially if contactless delivery was selected. If you haven’t received your order but it was marked as delivered, please check around your property, mailbox area, and with neighbors or anyone who might have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
