Energy bar with 27 g of carbohydrates and added salt, suitable for training, competitions, and other activities — even on the hottest summer days.
Ideal for:
Dispatch within 48 hours. Delivery time depends on your location.
Salty Bar 4Energy is an energy bar with added salt and a combination of maltodextrin, dates, oats, and isomaltulose. Its convenient format makes Salty Bar 4Energy a practical companion for training, competitions, cycling, hiking, and other activities.
The bar combines dates, oats, and isomaltulose, which together contribute to its carbohydrate content.
Dates are a natural source of carbohydrates and an important part of the Salty Bar base. They give the bar its natural sweetness and soft, moist texture.
Oats are a versatile grain that contains carbohydrates and contributes to the nutritional composition of the Salty Bar.
Isomaltulose is a carbohydrate made up of glucose and fructose. Compared with sugar, it is digested more slowly, providing a more gradual release of energy.
Added iodized salt gives Salty Bar its slightly salty flavor, making it a great alternative to sweet sports snacks. Salt is also a source of sodium, an electrolyte lost through sweat, making the bar a great addition to your nutrition strategy during activities where you sweat more.
Consume 1–2 bars per hour during low- to mid-intensity workouts. You can also consume 1 bar before your workout.
Note: Salty Bar contains some fat, fiber, and protein. These can slow digestion and can cause GI discomfort during high-intensity workouts. Because of this, we do not recommend taking Salty Bar immediately before or during high-intensity workouts. Fueling bars containing only rapidly-digesting carbohydrates, such as Jelly Bar, are better choices for these workouts.

Ciao!

Easy to eat and taste really good. Only downside is, that it melt a little bit in the heat
Hi Mette, we're glad you enjoyed the taste! Thanks for your feedback about the heat—maybe trying to keep them in a cooler place could help. We appreciate your support!

Bavim se trcanjem i biciklizmom (pretezito) dosta dobar deal, ukusne su
Pozdrav Jerko,

A presto e buone uscite!
Salty Bar - Bulk pack
troppo molli
Ti invitiamo a contattarci a support@4endurance.it così possiamo capire meglio e aiutarti.
Cordiali saluti, The 4Endurance Tea
