These gels are key in my sport. They give me the energy I need to keep going and perform at my best for hours. What I love most is how easy they are to digest — no stomach issues at all — and they come in delicious flavors. They let me take in a lot of carbs during training and races, which helps me go full gas.
The Nrgy Gels 45 give me fast energy and carbs when I need them. With all the different tastes I never get tired of them that helps a lot during long training sessions or an IRONMAN race.
Fuelling well both during and between training is such a crucial part of high performance in triathlon. I use the Nrgy Gel 45 both in training and racing, allowing me to absorb a very high amount of carbs with zero GI issues. The added bonus of plenty of sodium per serving is super important for me too.
In long-distance running, staying fueled is key but finding the right product isn’t always easy. You need something that’s fast-absorbing, easy on the stomach, and won’t slow you down. With Nrgy Gels 45, I’ve finally found my go-to fuel: great taste, smooth digestion, and a constant boost of energy that keeps me going strong, mile after mile.
The Nrgy Gel 45 is my go to fuel during long runs. It’s light, fits in my pocket so I can take it with me easily. I find it ideal to take one for every 60 minutes that I run.
Fab value
The gel itself works really well, gives you a noticeable extra boost when you need it, and provides a good amount of carbs. However, the seal could definitely be improved, as it doesn't seem to be properly sealed.
Unfortunately, one of the gels leaked while it was still inside the cardboard packaging and ended up ruining some of the clothes in my wardrobe. I therefore contacted customer support to resolve the issue.
Sadly, I was very disappointed with how this was handled. As a long-standing and loyal customer with a problem, I received an unhelpful response from an AI called Lena. Then, just an hour later, I received another email asking how I found the support provided by Lia (not Lena anymore?).
This is simply not how you should treat long-standing and loyal customers. Very disappointing.

Gel is top. Smaak iets te sterk
Hi!

Gusti arancia e limone veramente troppo aspri.

Absolute Lieblingsgels!
