These gels are key in my sport. They give me the energy I need to keep going and perform at my best for hours. What I love most is how easy they are to digest — no stomach issues at all — and they come in delicious flavors. They let me take in a lot of carbs during training and races, which helps me go full gas.
The Nrgy Gels 45 give me fast energy and carbs when I need them. With all the different tastes I never get tired of them that helps a lot during long training sessions or an IRONMAN race.
Fuelling well both during and between training is such a crucial part of high performance in triathlon. I use the Nrgy Gel 45 both in training and racing, allowing me to absorb a very high amount of carbs with zero GI issues. The added bonus of plenty of sodium per serving is super important for me too.
In long-distance running, staying fueled is key but finding the right product isn’t always easy. You need something that’s fast-absorbing, easy on the stomach, and won’t slow you down. With Nrgy Gels 45, I’ve finally found my go-to fuel: great taste, smooth digestion, and a constant boost of energy that keeps me going strong, mile after mile.
The Nrgy Gel 45 is my go to fuel during long runs. It’s light, fits in my pocket so I can take it with me easily. I find it ideal to take one for every 60 minutes that I run.

sprawdzony produkt. pasuje
Cześć, Łukasz! Cieszymy się, że Nrgy Gel 45 spełnił Twoje oczekiwania, Łukaszu! Pozdrawiamy, zespół 4Endurance.
Tried this on my last half marathon, and was impressed with the taste and how easy it was to consume, since the liquid is quite thin. Conventional gels that are thicker in consistency become hard to take later in races. Good price too, I bought an array of their products to test and their carb powder drinks also aren’t too sickly sweet.
Hi Coralee! Thanks so much for sharing your experience! We're super thrilled to hear that Nrgy Gel 45 worked so well for your half marathon and that you loved the taste and how easy it was to take down. Huge congrats on your race, and we can't wait to fuel your next adventures!

Groetjes,
Het 4Endurance team
