2:1 Gel is an energy gel with carbohydrates and sodium, intended for consumption during exercise. The formula combines glucose in the form of maltodextrin and fructose in a 2:1 ratio, with each serving providing 30 g of carbohydrates and 100 mg of sodium.
You can easily adjust the amount based on the duration and intensity of your training and your nutrition strategy. During longer and more demanding training sessions, you can consume multiple servings or combine the gel with other energy sources to adjust your total intake to your needs.
The formula combines maltodextrin and fructose in a 2:1 ratio. Each serving contains 20 g of maltodextrin and 10 g of fructose, for a total of 30 g of carbohydrates.
Each gel contains 30 g of carbohydrates, making it easy to plan and adjust your intake based on the duration and intensity of your effort. During longer training sessions, you can also combine the gel with other carbohydrate sources, such as sports drinks, bars, or other sports nutrition products.
2:1 Gel allows you to gradually increase your carbohydrate intake and test your nutrition strategy during training. You can adjust the amount based on your tolerance, the duration of your training, and other energy sources.
Each serving contains 100 mg of sodium.
Sodium is an electrolyte that is naturally present in the body and is lost through sweat during exercise. The amount of sodium in the product represents part of your total electrolyte intake, which you can adjust based on the intensity and duration of your training, weather conditions, sweat rate, and other sources of sodium in your nutrition strategy.
Because of the 2:1 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose, 2:1 Gel has a less sweet, refreshing flavor. This provides 30 g of carbohydrates per serving without pronounced sweetness, making it suitable for regular consumption during longer efforts.
Consume 1–3 gels per hour, depending on your carbohydrate needs and personal tolerance. You can also combine the 2:1 Gel with isotonic drinks or energy bars to help meet your hourly carbohydrate targets.
Each serving provides 100 mg of sodium. If you’re sweating heavily, consider consuming additional sodium alongside this gel.

Das Gel schmeckt und ich vertrage es gut. Über mehr Sorten und vielleicht etwas weniger Süße würde ich mich freuen.

Vor 3 Wochen habe ich zwei Geschmäcke von 2:1 gel gekauft und schon mehrmals benutzt. Das Produkt ist wunderbar, nicht zu ****, nicht zu süß, lecker, und, was am wichtigsten ist, erfüllt seine Aufgabe. Ich habe Diabetes und monitoriere meine Zuckerwerte, es ist mir ungeheuer wichtig nie zu niedrige Werte zu haben, 2:1 gel hilft damit ausgezeichnet. Auch ist es viel angenehmer ein Gel ohne Pause in Radfahrt zu verzehren als eine Pause zu organisieren, um Saft zu trinken.
Ein exzellentes Produkt, das außerdem günstig ist, bekommt von mir 5 Sterne und Weiterempfehlungen.

Comme dit dans le titre, content de mon achat. Il faut s'habituer à certains goûts pour quelques gels, mais dans l'ensemble je suis ravi et je gère mieux mes dépenses énergétiques grâce à ces compléments ! 😁
