2:1 Drink is a sports drink with carbohydrates and sodium, intended for consumption during exercise. The formula combines glucose in the form of maltodextrin and fructose in a 2:1 ratio, with each serving providing 30 g of carbohydrates and 100 mg of sodium.
You can easily adjust the amount based on the duration and intensity of your training and your nutrition strategy. During longer and more demanding training sessions, you can consume multiple servings or combine the drink with other energy sources to adjust your total intake to your needs.
The formula combines maltodextrin and fructose in a 2:1 ratio. Each serving contains 20 g of maltodextrin and 10 g of fructose, for a total of 30 g of carbohydrates.
Each serving contains 30 g of carbohydrates, making it easy to plan and adjust your intake based on the duration and demands of your activity. During longer training sessions, you can also combine the drink with other carbohydrate sources, such as gels, bars, or other sports nutrition products.
2:1 Drink is also suitable if you want to gradually increase your carbohydrate intake during training and test your nutrition strategy before a race, as you can easily adjust the amount based on your individual tolerance, training duration, and other energy sources.

Sodium is an electrolyte that occurs naturally in the body and is lost through sweat during exercise. The amount of sodium in the product contributes to your overall electrolyte intake, which you can adjust based on the intensity and duration of your training, weather conditions, sweat rate, and other sources of sodium in your nutrition strategy.
Because of the 2:1 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose, 2:1 Drink has a less sweet, refreshing flavor. This gives you 30 g of carbohydrates per serving without an overly sweet taste, making it suitable for regular consumption during longer efforts.
Mix one scoop (1 serving) with 250–500 ml of water, adjusting the volume to suit your hydration needs and preferred taste intensity.Consume 1–3 servings per hour, depending on carbohydrate needs and personal tolerance. The 2:1 Drink can also be combined with energy gels or bars to achieve your hourly carbohydrate targets.Each serving contains 100 mg of sodium. If sweating heavily, consider taking additional sodium alongside this drink.

Essai sur sortie de 70kms en prepa triathlon. Très bien, gout tres bien associée avec les gels 2:1 30g carbs + 100mg sodium, parfait pour faire un run 21kms.

Le ho provate ma devo ancora dosarle bene perché quando sbaglio la dose mi viene una gran sete. Ho letto il motivo e ho capito che devo dosare bene. Per il resto mi trovo bene e non avverto la stanchezza nelle distanze lunghe

Schmeckt ganz gut, könnte für mich etwas weniger süß sein. Ich vertrage den Drink aber gut und kann so relativ einfach Kohlehydrate "nachladen".
