4Energy Bar is a tasty and easily digestible source of fast and slow energy that doesn't melt or crumble, suitable to use even during hot summer days.
It is based on dates and oats, two great natural sources of carbohydrates, and isomaltulose, a carbohydrate composed of glucose and fructose, which provides a slow release of energy without any digestive issues.
Dates provide a rich natural energy source filled with micronutrients. They are a natural stimulant with a more efficient and longer-lasting effect than caffeine. You also won't experience a crash, which is typical for caffeine.
Oats are a great source of stable energy. They are rich in the amino acid lysine, which allows you to convert fats into energy during exercise.

Consume 1–2 bars per hour during low- to mid-intensity workouts. You can also consume 1 bar before your workout.
Note: 4Energy Bar contains some fat, fiber, and protein. These can slow digestion and can cause GI discomfort during high-intensity workouts. Because of this, we do not recommend taking 4Energy Bar immediately before or during high-intensity workouts. Fueling bars containing only rapidly-digesting carbohydrates, such as Jelly Bar, are better choices for these workouts.

I’m already a big fan of Absolute, Fusion and Nitrate+ products. I wanted to give their Energy bars a try and I ended up being very happy ! And I have enough bars of different brands to compare with. Bonjour à tout le monde je vous laisse un petit avis sur mes commandes Franchement sur la qualité rien à dire sur les prix ça va aussi rapport qualité prix top. franchement nickel les produits sont très bien sont digestes et franchement depuis que je le prends je suis mieux sur la piste Vélodrome du coup je les conseille à tous mes amis pistard et coursier je vous fais une bonne pub car le service est vraiment superbe merci encore à chaque compétition je parle de vos produits ils sont tellement bien et intéressant que j'en parlerai bientôt au championnat de France et au championnat du monde je vous ferai une grosse pub vous le méritez bien bonne soirée à bientôt

Provata in condizioni estreme : più di 30 gradi e a 3000 mt di altitudine (ultra race mattheron 50k). Il gusto è perdere perché salato. Consistenza morbida e saziante . Secondo me al lampone invece un po’ troppo dolce .

Facile à ouvrir. Goût et texture très agréable et efficace
Ottime, piacevoli al gusto e nella consistenza. Resistono bene alle variazioni di temperatura esterna, sia al forte freddo (come a sciare) che al forte caldo (nelle tasche in bici d'estate). Apprezzo la varietà di gusti a disposizione, il mio preferito è albicocca. Rispetto al passato mi sembra che il formato sia cambiato, sono più tozze e meno allungate, ma il peso è sempre lo stesso.
È vero, questo dipende dai datteri, che non possono essere sempre uguali ad ogni 'consegna'! Siamo lieti che il prodotto ti piaccia :)
Die besten Riegel, die ich bisher probiert habe. Lassen sich super leicht öffnen, richtig gut kauen und schmecken zudem auch noch richtig lecker.
