Very good product, strong taste and it really works on hard and long training day's.
I cannot use the buffer version in any running races, as it makes me feel bloated and nauseous. It might work in cycling or other more stationary sports though. The taste is acceptable and mixability is good.

Ich verwende Natriumbicarbonat seit Jahren vor dem Training, um eine Übersäuerung (zumindest eine verzögerte Übersäuerung) zu vermeiden. Eine Menge Energie, die ausgestoßen wird, bringt mehr Milchsäure mit sich, und dadurch wird die Zeit des ''Versagens'' verkürzt. Jetzt habt ihr 2 in 1 gemacht. Wir können sowieso nicht viel Energie ''vernichten''. Ich verwende das Produkt für anspruchsvolle Trainingseinheiten. Für bessere Ergebnisse trinke ich 20 Minuten vor dem Training einen Messlöffel Nrgy Unit Drink Buffer mit 3 dcl Wasser. Dazwischen nehme ich alle 30 Minuten 1 Nrgy Unit. Ihr seid Klasse!
Un buon modo per prendere il bicarbonato che altrimenti non sarebbe molto buono. Un po’ dolce il gusto limone a lungo andare e sotto sforzo potrebbe dare fastidio. Ottimo contenuto di carboidrati.
