Sodium bicarbonate capsules help you load up on sodium bicarbonate before training or a race, thus increasing your sprint endurance through lower muscle acidity. 

The capsulated form of sodium bicarbonate solves its main problem — bad taste. This way, you don't taste its content, and you can easily regulate pH levels in your body.

Enteric Coated

The enteric coating allows the capsule to get further into the stomach before absorption begins. This way, absorption is maximized and the digestive problems that can be common with sodium bicarbonate are avoided.

Take 10 capsules with at least 500 ml of fluid one hour before exercise. Do not exceed 15 capsules per day.
