Nrgy Gel 45 is an energy gel with 45 g of carbohydrates in a 1:0.8 ratio and the Nduranz Electrolyte Mix®.
Each Nrgy Gel 45 contains 45 g of carbohydrates per serving.
The carbohydrates in the gel come from a combination of maltodextrin and fructose in a 1:0.8 ratio. This combination provides different sources of carbohydrates in a single serving.
With its high carbohydrate content, Nrgy Gel 45 can be easily incorporated into your individual nutrition plan during exercise.
Nrgy Gel 45 is designed for easy use during training and competitions. With 45 g of carbohydrates per serving, it allows you to adjust your carbohydrate intake based on the duration and intensity of exercise and your individual needs.
The gel has a smooth texture and is suitable for consumption during sports activities.
Nrgy Gel 45 contains Nduranz Electrolyte Mix®, a blend of sodium, chloride, potassium, and magnesium.
The electrolytes complement the product’s nutritional profile and allow you to consume them together with carbohydrates.
The Nrgy line includes gels, bars, and sports drinks with 22.5 g, 45 g, or 90 g of carbohydrates per serving, along with varying amounts of electrolytes. You can use the products individually or combine them based on your needs and planned intake during exercise.

The effect of restoring normal muscle function can be achieved by consuming 4 g of carbohydrates per kg of body weight within the first 4–6 hours after exercise.
Consume 1–2 gels per hour, depending on your carbohydrate needs and personal tolerance. You can also combine Nrgy Gel 45 with energy drinks or bars to help meet your hourly carbohydrate targets.

These gels are key in my sport. They give me the energy I need to keep going and perform at my best for hours. What I love most is how easy they are to digest — no stomach issues at all — and they come in delicious flavors. They let me take in a lot of carbs during training and races, which helps me go full gas.

The product had separated into two pieces, one watery with sharp taste and the remaining more gel like. This made the taste experience quite unexpected to say the least, not a good mix. Overall flavour was ok but nothing I´d push many of hour after hour.

les très bons points sont : 45g de glucides , très bonne tolérance après 4 gels en 5heures . le point faible est que le gel est très liquide il faut donc le boire tout doucement pour ne pas s'étrangler (ça pique au fond de la gorge ) il est donc difficile de le consommer sans se mettre à l'arrêt
Das Gel lässt sich sehr gut konsumieren, da es relativ dünnflüssig ist. Verträglickeit ist super, keine Probleme bei 2 Gels á 45 g KH in 90 Minuten. Geschmack ist voll ok - man nimmt das Gel ja nicht aus kulinarischen Gründen... ;-) Fazit: Super Gel mit SUUUPER Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Absolute Lieblingsgels! Ich hoffe, die Limited Edition setzt sich als Standard durch. Verwende täglich im Training 3-5 Gels (am liebsten eine Mischung aus allen Geschmacksrichtungen) und kann mir keine anderen mehr vorstellen.

Provato gel al gusto cola, 45 grammi di carboidrati, inizialmente attirato dal prezzo e dalle recensioni. Effettivamente mi sto trovando decisamente bene rispetto ad un’altra marca molto conosciuta ( per altro del mio territorio). Più carboidrati e senza necessità d’acqua; nessun peso allo stomaco o sensazione tale, il gusto non è fortissimo anche se potrebbe stancare il leggero amarognolo ( però penso sia l’effetto del gusto cola). Compatti e facilissimi da aprire sia con i guanti che con i denti, arrotolandolo mentre lo si prende non si spreca nulla. Per ora non mi resta che consigliarli! Anche per il rapporto prezzo quantità che è decisamente competitivo

Hoewel de smaak vrij heftig is (vies zoet) zijn de gels erg makkelijk te gebruiken en geven ze veel koolhydraten. Ik gebruik er per 40 minuten 1 zonder sport drank ernaast dus gewoon lekker met water. Bestel ze wel weer!.

I’ve always wanted to try Nduranz products since I started listening to their podcast and any podcast that has Tim Podlogar on. The banana caramel flavour is pretty good. I had it about half way through a 90min ride and I felt quite strong on the way home. Definitely buy Nduranz again. The 4 endurance website was easy to navigate and find what I needed. Smaak en viscositeit zitten goed. Soms scheur je alleen de hele bovenkant eraf als je niet voorzichtig bent.

Geschmack (Orange) auch bei Hitze (also wenn das Produkt sehr warm geworden ist) sehr gut. Nicht zu süß, nicht zu sauer. Genau richtig eben. Unterstützende Funktion wie von Nrgy gewohnt. Die neue Lasche (die dran bleibt) gefällt mir sehr gut. Nun muss ich die Laschen nicht mehr in den Taschen oder Waschmaschine suchen :-)

Ya había probado anteriormente los geles de 45 g de carbohidratos y, por ahora, la experiencia está siendo muy buena. Buen sabor, fácil de tomar durante las tiradas largas y sin molestias digestivas. Además, los 45 g de carbohidratos por gel me parecen muy prácticos para preparar una estrategia de nutrición para maratón y larga distancia. Muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Uso questo gel da anni, ed è ottimo. il nuovo è altrettanto ottimo, con il valore aggiunto che finalmente hanno migliorato l'apertura!! il precedente gel ha un'apertura non funzionale, si strappa ogni volta in modo irregolare e a me è capitato di sprecarne molto. Comunque questo gel è una garanzia
