These gels are key in my sport. They give me the energy I need to keep going and perform at my best for hours. What I love most is how easy they are to digest — no stomach issues at all — and they come in delicious flavors. They let me take in a lot of carbs during training and races, which helps me go full gas.
The Nrgy Gels 45 give me fast energy and carbs when I need them. With all the different tastes I never get tired of them that helps a lot during long training sessions or an IRONMAN race.
Fuelling well both during and between training is such a crucial part of high performance in triathlon. I use the Nrgy Gel 45 both in training and racing, allowing me to absorb a very high amount of carbs with zero GI issues. The added bonus of plenty of sodium per serving is super important for me too.
In long-distance running, staying fueled is key but finding the right product isn’t always easy. You need something that’s fast-absorbing, easy on the stomach, and won’t slow you down. With Nrgy Gels 45, I’ve finally found my go-to fuel: great taste, smooth digestion, and a constant boost of energy that keeps me going strong, mile after mile.
The Nrgy Gel 45 is my go to fuel during long runs. It’s light, fits in my pocket so I can take it with me easily. I find it ideal to take one for every 60 minutes that I run.
Background: have trained with 45 Lemon and Orange only for running. the ice tea flavour didn’t work during recent HM. I had trained with it but still it was just too over-powering. There’s a real black tea taste that is too strong. I can see it working for less intense sport. On the plus side the new pull tab is a joy as it doesn’t come completely off. Will revert back to Lemon
Hi Andy, thanks for sharing your experience! We're sorry to hear the black tea flavor felt a bit too strong during your half marathon, even after using it in training. We really appreciate your feedback and are glad the new pull tab works well for you. If you have any questions or need advice on fueling, feel free to reach out anytime. We'll be ready with Lemon whenever you want to stock up!
Best regards, 4Endurance
