je prends de l'omega 3 au quotidien votre formule strong et je fais du triathlon en préparation pour un half ironman dans 2 mois avec entrainement 5 fois /semaine je voulais savoir ce produit pouvait m'aider dans ma préparation pour l'endurance et la récupération? et au niveau digestif si cela peut changer quelquechose? merci

Pour répondre à vos questions :
1. Endurance et récupération : Oui, Vit+Min est parfait pour votre rythme de 5 séances par semaine. Un tel volume d'entraînement augmente l'effort de votre organisme : les vitamines et minéraux aident à réduire la fatigue, soutiennent le système immunitaire et la fonction musculaire. Associé à vos Oméga 3 Strong, c'est une excellente base pour mieux récupérer.
2. Niveau digestif : Le produit est très bien toléré. Prenez-le simplement le matin pendant votre petit-déjeuner (ou un repas principal) pour une assimilation optimale et sans aucune gêne digestive.

Vit+Min contient déjà du calcium, du zinc et du magnésium. Pour la plupart des personnes en bonne santé, il n'est donc pas nécessaire de prendre des compléments supplémentaires contenant ces minéraux.
Il est possible de les prendre en même temps si nécessaire. Cependant, un apport supplémentaire en calcium, zinc ou magnésium est généralement recommandé uniquement en cas de carence confirmée ou sur avis d'un professionnel de santé.
