L-carnitine Tartrate 4Endurance is a great supplement for athletes who want to boost fat metabolism during intense exercise, slow down glycogen consumption, and reduce lactate buildup.
L-carnitine tartrate is an amino acid combined with a salt of tartaric acid (tartrate) that boosts the oxidation of fats — in simple terms, it allows you to use fats as an energy source.
While we recommend L-carnitine tartrate mainly to increase fat oxidation during intense exercise, L-carnitine tartrate may also be used as a fat burner.
Perhaps not as powerful as other fat burners, L-carnitine tartrate boosts fat oxidation, i.e. fat burn, during rest and intense exercise, making it a reasonable and safe long-term supplement to achieve your fat-burning goals.

Take 2 capsules 30 minutes before training.
On non-training days, take two capsules in the morning with a meal containing simple carbohydrates.
For best results, take L-carnitine tartrate before exercise and fuel the exercise with simple carbohydrates, such as an energy gel or isotonic sports drink.

Hi! Got my two bottles, but confused how many to take. On the bottle it says 1 capsule before workout but on the website serving is 2 capsules.

Sì, la L-Carnitina tartrato può essere assunta anche a stomaco vuoto prima dell’allenamento, ed è proprio uno dei momenti più utilizzati. In alternativa puoi prenderla anche con un piccolo pasto, in base a come la tolleri meglio.

Absolut zufrieden,kein Völlegefühl mehr, seit dem ich diw Tabletten nehme. Wer allerdings einen Fettburner sucht,der sollte sich Fusion anschauen,denn L Carnitine regt lediglich die Verdauung an.
Ja bin nicht ganz zufrieden, vielleicht auch andere Erwartung von Produkt. benutzte es 2 Wochen bis jetzt ein klein wenig verwundert, aber wie gesagt vielleicht falsche Vorstellung
