Energy Gel With BCAA 4Endurance Pro is designed for endurance athletes seeking an effective, rapidly absorbable energy source with BCAA to protect their muscles during exercise.
Each gel contains 30 g of carbohydrates in a proven 2:1 ratio + 500 mg of premium fermented BCAA. This energy gel contains two carbohydrate sources — maltodextrin and fructose — which allow a high energy intake without digestive issues.
Energy Gel with BCAA contains two types of carbohydrates: glucose (maltodextrin) and fructose in a 2:1 ratio.
Your body can absorb roughly 60 grams of glucose (maltodextrin) and 30 grams of fructose per hour. Since glucose and fructose use different carbohydrate transporters in the body, this allows you to absorb up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour.
The 2:1 ratio between glucose (maltodextrin) and fructose provides high carbohydrate absorption and utilization.
BCAA
Energy Gel With BCAA contains 500 mg of premium fermented BCAA.
Branched-chain amino acids support your protein intake to promote muscle growth. They also prevent muscle breakdown during exercise, especially when training in a calorie deficit. Finally, they decrease exercise-induced muscle damage, resulting in reduced length and severity of muscle soreness and improved muscle recovery.
Branched-chain amino acids also act as an alternate source of energy during exercise, improve the uptake of glucose, and enhance glucose synthesis. They also further increase your endurance in two ways — by slowing down the build-up of lactic acid and by reducing the sensation of fatigue.
The product has a natural fresh taste that covers the bitter taste of BCAA without any need for artificial sweeteners.

Take up to 2 gels with water per hour during exercise.
You may take 1–2 gels before exercise to load up on BCAA.
For best effect of BCAA, take at least 3 gels total.
We recommend this gel especially when you are in a calorie deficit or during ultra endurance events.

Ho dato solo 4 stelle perché non ho potuto verificarne gli effetti su percorsi piu' lunghi ed impegnativi, ma devo dire che assumendone uno prima del giro di 80km e uno dopo un ora circa, la resistenza ed il recupero dopo lo sforzo ( in associazione alle proteine ) sono migliorati

Energetski gel s BCAA
Ottimo prodotto, usato da molto tempo, supplisce la mancanza di proteine e aminoacidi che dovrei assumere a colazione. Una cosa è migliorabile: l'apertura. Non ha il salva chiusura il quale molte volte si stacca e cade. Così lasciando pezzettini di plastica sulla strada.

Hi Joe! Thanks for your honest feedback. We're really sorry to hear that the gels didn't sit well with your stomach. Everyone's digestion handles sports fuel differently during training. Since the BCAA Gel wasn't a good fit, you might have much better luck with a lighter, more liquid option like our 4Energy Gel or 2:1 Gel—they are specifically designed to be super gentle on the stomach and don't require extra water to digest. First time using this brand and this flavour.. I test my gels by taking a full one well into a long run. Took this gel at 29km of a 34 km run. No stomach problems and it isn't sickly sweet. I will definitely use these again.
