I ordered this gel for second time. I really missed the gels when the box was empty. Use it for long rides. Gel not only gives sucres to go on for the moment, but also for after that. Gives a good burner from other energy systems in the body. This gel and the gel with caffeine shot very good for me. In special rides, not for normal shorter training.
The flavour is really good. The "structure" of the gel makes it very easy to swallow. Packaging is the best i have encountered so far. No problems at all. The l-carnitine and holin is just another plus!! I really enjoy these and take atleast 2 for my weekly ride.

il prodotto è arrivato in una scatola già di per se rotta e scocciata alla meglio. i i gel all'interno non erano del tutto integri, due in particolare si erano aperti imbrattando la scatola. il rimanente presentava difetti di tenuta tanto da non poterli riporre in sicurezza nella tasca posteriore della mia divisa. decisamente negativa questa esperienza
