2:1 Gel is an energy gel with carbohydrates and sodium, intended for consumption during exercise. The formula combines glucose in the form of maltodextrin and fructose in a 2:1 ratio, with each serving providing 30 g of carbohydrates and 100 mg of sodium.
You can easily adjust the amount based on the duration and intensity of your training and your nutrition strategy. During longer and more demanding training sessions, you can consume multiple servings or combine the gel with other energy sources to adjust your total intake to your needs.
The formula combines maltodextrin and fructose in a 2:1 ratio. Each serving contains 20 g of maltodextrin and 10 g of fructose, for a total of 30 g of carbohydrates.

Because of the 2:1 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose, 2:1 Gel has a less sweet, refreshing flavor. This provides 30 g of carbohydrates per serving without pronounced sweetness, making it suitable for regular consumption during longer efforts.
Consume 1–3 gels per hour, depending on your carbohydrate needs and personal tolerance. You can also combine the 2:1 Gel with isotonic drinks or energy bars to help meet your hourly carbohydrate targets.
Each serving provides 100 mg of sodium. If you’re sweating heavily, consider consuming additional sodium alongside this gel.

Żele 4Endurance 2:1 w smaku Owoce Leśne towarzyszyły mi podczas pokonywania dystansu 240 km na DFBG w Lądku-Zdroju. Był to niezwykle ciężki i wymagający bieg, a odpowiednie uzupełnianie energii miało ogromne znaczenie.
Te żele naprawdę dobrze sprawdziły się podczas tak długiego wysiłku i pomogły mi dotrwać do mety. Każdy żel dostarcza 30 g węglowodanów oraz 100 mg sodu, a zastosowana proporcja glukozy do fruktozy wynosi 2:1.
Po tym starcie mogę śmiało powiedzieć, że nie wyobrażam sobie już biegania ultra bez tych żeli. 👍
Smak Owoce Leśne przypadł mi do gustu, a podczas wielogodzinnego wysiłku ważne było również to, że żel nie był dla mnie przesadnie słodki.
