Ho iniziato a prendere la vitamina D su consiglio dell' ortopedico in quanto ho problemi di artrosi ad un ginocchio. Devo dire che da quando lo prendo le condizioni si sono stabilizzate e riesco ad andare in bici senza problemi di dolore.
