Nrgy Drink 90 is a sports drink adapted for higher energy intake. Although it offers the same amount of CHO per scoop (22.5 g) as Nrgy Drink 45, the amount of electrolytes and the strength of the taste are adapted to the higher amount in a single bottle.
This way, Nrgy Drink 90 ensures that you get just the right amount of electrolytes in one serving (4 scoops) and a suitably strong taste.
If you were to mix 2 portions of Nrgy Drink 45 (4 scoops) in a bottle, you would have double the amount of electrolytes in one bottle and a drink with an extremely strong taste. The former, in particular, opens up the possibility of digestive problems.
Nrgy Drink 90 also allows you to intake more CHO with less fluid, as you can intake 90 grams with just 500 ml of water. Nrgy Drink 45 requires 1000 ml of water for an intake of 90 grams.

Does Nrgy Drink 90 contain gluten?Most of our Nrgy Drink 90 flavors do not contain GLUTEN. However, for certain flavors — specifically Cucumber-Lime and Peach-Raspberry — there is a potential risk of cross-contamination. These flavors are produced on the same production line as oats. Although oats are naturally gluten-free, they are often stored in shared silos where cross-contamination with gluten-containing grains may occur. As a result, we cannot fully exclude the possibility of trace contamination in these specific flavors.
I use this drink both in races and during my longest and toughest bike sessions. It provides exactly what I need – high carbs, a steady energy supply, and no stomach issues. When the intensity rises, I know I can rely on it completely.
Fuelling well both during and between training is such a crucial part of high performance in triathlon. I use the Nrgy Unit Drink 90 both in training and racing, allowing me to absorb a very high amount of carbs with zero GI issues. I used to use SIS GO and when I used more than 50g, my stomach hurt even at low intensity. With this I can consume 90g in one bottle (750ml) and have no problem. I'm also very surprised with the taste, with 90g of carbs it tastes really good. it's not too sweet which is great. I have used this on longer rides (5hrs) at a higher intensity and was very surprised how much energy it provided me throughout the ride. I really recommend to try it. I don't think you'll want anything else after that.
Bought a few bags in lemon to trial it. I'm normally SIS or Powerbar.

No puedo decir que el producto en si los carbohidratos,sean malos ,no es algo que se pueda decir en 4 días y no soy ningún profesional del tema ,en principio me parece que hacen su trabajo ,tendré que seguir probando ,pero en cuestión de sabor ,puedo decir que estoy muy insatisfecho ,no tienen un sabor bueno ,los de naranja que fue los que pedí ,prácticamente no tienen sabor ,es algo ,que por el sabor no te dan ganas de tomarlo ,los tomo ,cuando voy en bici porque el cuerpo me pide beber ,tienen un sabor a medicamento ,y muy raro ,tengo que mezclarlos con creatina de naranja para que sepan a algo parecido a la naranja ,a fecha de hoy ,puedo decir que los descartaria ,ya que he probado otros productos de otras marcas ,también en carbohidratos con buen sabor y con buena acción ,así que sintiéndolo mucho ,no creo que vuelva a comprar mas productos de esta marca o esta pagina

Normalmente los sabores de ndurance son suaves pero el de mango tiene más sabor, es más dulce y está genial

Seit dem wir die Produkte von Endurance nehmen, geht es uns auf dem Rad besser. Keine Blähungen oder Durchfall wie von anderen Produkten. Mehr Energie beim fahren und keine Krämpfe oder Muskelkater. Kann man nur empfehlen!

Ich habe das Pulver probiert, weil mir viele bekannte Pulveranbieter zu süß sind. Das von NRGY ist wenig süß, schmeckt aber trotzdem und liefert gute Energie. Im Wettkampf ist mir seit dem kein Fauxpas aka. Hungerast mehr passiert. Perfekt!

Llevo meses confiado en la casa Nduranz y no me ha defraudado. Buen sabor y textura tanto en bebidas como en geles (me gustaría que hubiera gel de 45gr sabor naranja sanguina).

El Nrgydrink cumple mis expectativas, se disuelve relativamente bien, el sabor no es empalagoso y te da ese plus de energía que aportan los hidratos en el ratio 1:0,8
