Recovery Vegan Formula 4Energy is a plant-based recovery drink designed for vegan or lactose-intolerant athletes who wish to trigger efficient muscle recovery after intense endurance exercise.

Formulated with maltodextrin, dextrose, soy protein isolate, pea protein isolate, and electrolytes, this recovery formula allows you to refill your glycogen stores, rebuild and grow your muscles, and rehydrate correctly.

Optimal carbohydrate and protein ratio

Research shows that a 4:1 ratio between carbohydrates and protein found in Vegan Recovery 4Energy is ideal for recovery after intense exercise when glycogen stores are depleted. This perfect balance ensures rapid glycogen replenishment and muscle repair.

Why soy protein isolate and pea protein isolate?

They provide a complete amino acid profile, offering the necessary building blocks to repair and grow muscles. These plant-based proteins ensure you get all the essential amino acids for muscle recovery, which can be challenging for vegan or lactose-intolerant individuals.

Electrolyte mix

Proper rehydration is essential for recovery, and Recovery Vegan Formula contains over 1000 mg of electrolytes in citrate form to enhance absorption and maintain balance.

This supports your body’s functions, helping you feel replenished and ready for your next workout.

Excellent !
