Nrgy Drink Bicarb 45 is a sports drink containing 45 g of carbohydrates from maltodextrin and fructose in a 1:0.8 ratio, plus 5 g of sodium bicarbonate per serving.
The drink is designed for consumption during sports activities when carbohydrate and fluid intake is important.
Nrgy Drink Bicarb makes it easy to include sodium bicarbonate in your sports nutrition, with each serving providing 5 g of sodium bicarbonate.
Sodium bicarbonate is a well-known sports nutrition ingredient used primarily in the context of very intense physical activity and repeated short-duration efforts.
Mix two scoops with 500 ml of water. In hot conditions, mix with 750 ml of water.
Consume one serving per hour during exercise. Do not exceed 4 servings per day.
TIP: To achieve the full benefits of sodium bicarbonate, preload with 0.2–0.3 g per kilogram of body weight using sodium bicarbonate capsules, split into two servings: one taken two hours before exercise and the other one an hour before.
NOTICE: Nrgy Drink Bicarb 45 contains increased sodium levels. Therefore, it’s recommended to reduce the electrolyte intake from other sources to prevent digestive issues.

L'effetto del bcs è notevole. È importante seguire le indicazioni sulle quantità pre allenamento. Purtroppo il sapore del bcs fa veramente schifo, in questo prodotto sono riusciti a coprirlo bene ma cmq si sente un poco

Como o bicarbonato de sódio tem naturalmente um perfil mais salgado, o sabor pode realmente ser mais pronunciado nesse aspeto. Uma boa dica é misturá-lo com água bem fresca ou diluí-lo em um bocadinho mais de água para suavizar esse gosto salgado.

Taste is ok, just a bit too sweet for me, ever with the bicarb. but it works, so, function is there, price is good.

Barely any taste of lemon, tastes like "old" powder. Also doesn't mix very well and feels thick vs alternatives. Alternatives which are way more expensive, so I guess 3 stars for value then.

J’ai testé cette boisson lors d’entraînements et un trail de 42 km/1500 D+ La texture un peu épaisse et très sucrée peut vite devenir écoeurante Si vous consommez cette boisson, limitez les gels car vous pouvez vite avoir une hypoglycémie réactionnel Ce que j’ai eu Sinon, l’adjonction de bicarbonate limite la fatigue musculaire et les sensations de brûlures
Merci pour ton retour détaillé. Cette boisson contient 45 g de glucides par portion, donc si ton corps ne tolère pas encore un apport plus élevé en glucides par heure, il est effectivement recommandé de limiter l’ajout de gels en parallèle. Cela dépend beaucoup de chaque personne, de l’intensité, de la durée de l’effort et de la tolérance digestive.
Concernant le goût, c’est très subjectif, donc on comprend tout à fait qu’il puisse paraître trop sucré ou ne pas convenir à tout le monde.
łagodny dla żołądka mimo dużej ilości węgli i za to gwiazdki, ale w smaku niestety słabiutko. Trochę jak woda z cukrem. Mimo wszystko jako kompletny "system żywienia" z żelami i galaretkami bardzo fajne rozwiązanie

Niestrawny, bardzo slodki, powoduje ból żołądka.
The combination of the NRGY Drink Bicarb with Bicarb capsules is spot on. It really does help a lot in delaying the lactate buildup in your muscles. No more cramps after going deep and able to keep up the pace after going deep in for example courses like the tour of Flanders

J’utilise ce produit en ne mettant que 2 doses par bidon, pour moi largement suffisant. Pas de mot d’estomac et de l’énergie toute la sortie.
