Salty Bar 4Energy is a high-performance energy bar with added electrolytes to help maintain electrolyte balance and keep you hydrated.
Maltodextrin is a fast-acting source of energy optimized for high absorption. Other energy sources, like dates and oats provide a slow, sustained release to keep you energized throughout your entire training session. The ingredients are designed for optimal absorption without causing digestive issues.
Electrolytes give the bars their distinctive “salty taste.” They help you maintain efficient hydration during exercise and support normal body functions.
Consume 1–2 bars per hour during low- to mid-intensity workouts. You can also consume 1 bar before your workout.
Note: Salty Bar contains some fat, fiber, and protein. These can slow digestion and can cause GI discomfort during high-intensity workouts. Because of this, we do not recommend taking Salty Bar immediately before or during high-intensity workouts. Fueling bars containing only rapidly-digesting carbohydrates, such as Jelly Bar, are better choices for these workouts.

Salty Bar Box (nuovo)
I was always a hardcore Gel fan. Tried, tasted and used energy bars here and there, but I had always problem with them too small or too large, too chewy, not easy to open.
Anyway I bought this to give it a shot, and boy I was really astonished. The taste is just perfect for me, very easy to chew and swallow, not a huge bar, just a small one you need. Fits everywhere. Small pockets top tube bags, bento boxes, you name it.
Very good product! I will definitely buying from it later!

schmeckt gut, gute Konsistenz. Die Werbemasche „mit Elektrolyten“ ist, da nur NaCl enthalten, übertrieben - da könnte man auch Pommes „mit Elektrolyten“ bewerben. Beides nicht falsch, dennoch irreführend für manche.
Die Ware wird mit GLS versendet, was in meiner Gegend dazu führt, dass die Pakete nicht ankommen, es keine Benachrichtigungen gibt und man höchstens über Nachfrage erfährt, dass die Pakete in kilometerweit entfernten, sehr dubiosen Paketshops abgegeben wurden.
