Nrgy Gel 45 is an energy gel with 45 g of carbohydrates in a 1:0.8 ratio and the Nduranz Electrolyte Mix®.
Each Nrgy Gel 45 contains 45 g of carbohydrates per serving.
The carbohydrates in the gel come from a combination of maltodextrin and fructose in a 1:0.8 ratio. This combination provides different sources of carbohydrates in a single serving.
With its high carbohydrate content, Nrgy Gel 45 can be easily incorporated into your individual nutrition plan during exercise.
Nrgy Gel 45 is designed for easy use during training and competitions. With 45 g of carbohydrates per serving, it allows you to adjust your carbohydrate intake based on the duration and intensity of exercise and your individual needs.
The gel has a smooth texture and is suitable for consumption during sports activities.
Nrgy Gel 45 contains Nduranz Electrolyte Mix®, a blend of sodium, chloride, potassium, and magnesium.
The electrolytes complement the product’s nutritional profile and allow you to consume them together with carbohydrates.
The Nrgy line includes gels, bars, and sports drinks with 22.5 g, 45 g, or 90 g of carbohydrates per serving, along with varying amounts of electrolytes. You can use the products individually or combine them based on your needs and planned intake during exercise.

Adjust the amount and frequency of consumption based on the duration and intensity of exercise and your individual needs.

The effect of restoring normal muscle function can be achieved by consuming 4 g of carbohydrates per kg of body weight within the first 4–6 hours after exercise.
Consume 1–2 gels per hour, depending on your carbohydrate needs and personal tolerance. You can also combine Nrgy Gel 45 with energy drinks or bars to help meet your hourly carbohydrate targets.

These gels are key in my sport. They give me the energy I need to keep going and perform at my best for hours. Ich warte schon seit zwei Wochen auf mein Paket und muss, wie ich gerade erfahren habe, noch weitere zwei Wochen warten, bis es zugestellt wird. Zu dieser monströsen Lieferzeit kommt, dass ich jegliche Updates zum Paket persönlich und telefonisch erfragen musste, da das Online-Pakettracking so überhaupt nicht funktionierte. Kundenservice war Katastrophe, Problemlösungen wurden gar nicht erst gesucht. Das geht bei anderen Lieferdiensten deutlich besser.

La enorme cantidad de dinero que se paga por el envío contrasta fuertemente con su desesperante lentitud. Por lo demás, el producto es muy muy bueno.
Heerlijk tijdens mijn lange duurlopen en fietsritten. Ook na het zwemonderdeel wat voor mij veel energie kost, tijdens de wedstrijden een welkome aanvulling op mijn energie waardes. De vruchtensmaken vind ik persoonlijk heerlijk.

The Product is really good, it gives lots of carbs so instead of carrying 2 SIS Gels i can carry only 1 gel, the texture is perfect but i think the taste is a bit too strong havent tried the other ones think the lemon one might be better, if you drink water ontop of it its completley fine. The support is super good aswell.

Bons gels aux goûts agréables et à la texture parfaite. Ni trop liquide, ni trop épais. Ils sont donc faciles à ingérer pendant l'effort. La teneur en glucides de 45 grammes permet d'atteindre 90 grammes à l'heure en buvant 500 ml de boisson dosée aussi à 45 grammes. Pratique pour suivre son programme de nutrition pendant une course. Des gels dosés à 22,5 grammes sont également disponibles lorsqu'il n'est pas nécessaire d'ingérer autant de glucides par heure. Utilisés il y a peu sur l'Étape du Tour 2026, l'efficacité des gels a été au rendez-vous. Aucune fringale et aucun problème digestif ressentis.
