Premium nitrate formula, combining 3 nitrate sources with L-arginine that increases endurance and power output in sprints.
Dispatch within 48 hours. Delivery time depends on your location.
Nitrates+ is a highly-efficient supplement designed to increase endurance. By widening your blood vessels, it allows more oxygen and nutrients to feed your muscles, resulting in a noticeable performance boost.
Combining three natural nitrate sources — beetroot, red spinach, and arugula (rocket) extracts — with L-arginine HCL, Nitrates+ enhances nitric oxide production. This results in improved blood flow, more efficient oxygen utilization (indirectly boosting VO2 max), and reduced fatigue.
Why L-Arginine HCL? Arginine HCL is a key amino acid involved in nitric oxide synthesis, further boosting circulation and enhancing oxygen delivery during training.
Increase endurance by delivering more oxygen to your muscles, faster!
Take 3 capsules with water approximately 30 minutes before exercise.
On non-training days, take 3 capsules in the first half of the day.
Attention! People who take medication for heart conditions or have an allergy to nitrates or nitrites should not take this product!

What is Nitrates+?Nitrates+ is a nutritional supplement designed to improve endurance performance, increase power output, and enhance recovery by supporting blood flow and nitric oxide production during exercise.Who should use Nitrates+?Nitrates+ is intended for endurance athletes who want to improve oxygen delivery, delay fatigue, and boost performance in sprints, long sessions, or races. It can also support faster recovery after intense workouts. How does Nitrates+ work?Nitrates+ combines beetroot, red spinach, and arugula extracts with L-arginine HCI to increase nitric oxide production. Nitric oxide relaxes blood vessels, improving circulation and oxygen delivery to muscles. This can enhance exercise efficiency, reduce oxygen cost, delay fatigue, and increase time to exhaustion. When should I take Nitrates+?On training or race days, take 3 capsules of Nitrates+ with water about 30 minutes before exercise. If you have two exercise sessions in the same day, take the Nitrates+ dosage before the first session. On non-training days, take 3 capsules in the first half of the day. What do the ingredients in Nitrates+ do?Nitrates+ contains a blend of ingredients that work together to improve endurance performance.
Are there allergens in Nitrates+?Nitrates+ may contain traces of oats, barley, wheat, fish, milk, and soy. Is Nitrates+ vegan?Yes. Nitrates+ uses vegan capsules and contains no animal-derived ingredients.Does Nitrates+ contain caffeine or stimulants? No. Nitrates+ works through nitric oxide production and improved blood flow, not stimulants. Can I stack Nitrates+ with other supplements?Yes. Nitrates+ can be safely combined with most fueling gels, drinks, protein powders, vitamins, and recovery products. It can be safely taken with L-Carnitine Tartrate, Fusion, Absolute, Nitro Boost, and Cordyceps. However, you should always check for overlapping ingredients and consult a healthcare professional if combining multiple supplements. Are nitrates harmful for the body? No, nitrates from vegetables are not dangerous if consumed in normal amounts. The risk exists only for infants (up to 6 months). Nitrates can also pose a risk to adults if taken in extremely high doses (e.g., more than 1 g of active nitrates per day). However, this is far higher than provided by the recommended serving of Nitrates+.Can I use Nitrates+ every day? We recommend taking Nitrates+ for 7 days before an important race, event, or training session. It is not meant to be an everyday supplement. However, there is no health reason you could not take it regularly. Are there any side effects of Nitrates+?Nitrates+ is generally well-tolerated and does not cause side effects in most healthy adults. However, some individuals may experience bloating, worsening of hemorrhoids, changes to heart rhythm, a slight drop in blood pressure, mild gastrointestinal discomfort, or a temporary pink/orange coloration in urine or stools, which is harmless. Can I use Nitrates+ with medications?People taking heart medications or with conditions affected by nitrates/nitrites should not use Nitrates+. Always consult a doctor before combining with prescription drugs. How quickly does Nitrates+ work? Some benefits of Nitrates+ may be seen within one to two hours of taking it. However, sustained benefits and performance increases usually require at least three weeks of use. Does Nitrates+ increase VO2 max?Nitrates+ can indirectly increase VO2 max. By improving oxygen delivery and reducing oxygen cost during exercise, Nitrates+ supports more efficient use of oxygen, which can enhance endurance performance.Should I take Nitrates+ on non-training days?Yes. Take it in the first half of the day on non-training days to support baseline nitric oxide levels and vascular health. It can also help with recovery. Is Nitriates+ WADA-compliant?Yes. Nitrates+ is free from banned substances, regularly checked, and manufactured in a GMP-approved facility with the highest ISO 22000 standard. Furthermore, our suppliers also have a certificate confirming that their products are free of impurities. How long does Nitrates+ remain effective after taking it?After taking Nitrates+, plasma nitrate levels typically remain elevated for 6–8 hours. However, factors like metabolism, genetics, health, and gut flora all affect individual response. How many nitrates does Nitrates+ contain per serving? There are 63.5 mg of nitrates per serving (3 capsules) of Nitrates+. Are there any studies on the effectiveness of Nitrates+?There are no independent studies on the exact formula in Nitrates+. Scientific studies cost a lot of money and independent funding is not yet available. However, there are numerous studies on the individual ingredients, many of which are very positive.Do I have to swallow the capsules of Nitrates+? Or can I open the capsules and mix them into water?Nitrates+ capsules are not enteric-coated. You can open the capsules and mix the contents with water, juice, or a smoothie. This will not affect the efficacy, release, or absorption of Nitrates+. Don’t nitrates need to be held on the tongue to be effective? While it’s true that some conversion of nitrates to nitrites happens in the mouth via oral bacteria, the effect of holding Nitrates+ on your tongue for a few seconds is very small. Most of the supplement’s benefits come from digestion and absorption after swallowing. For convenience and to avoid the unpleasant taste, it’s recommended to simply swallow the capsules.
I take Nitrates+ before races or high-intensity workouts. It gives me that extra edge in sprints and accelerations — I feel more explosive and can push harder for longer. It’s become a staple in my prep routine whenever I need to show up at my best.
I use Nitrates+ as support for endurance during key training sessions, as well as for important races. They contribute to better blood flow and muscle efficiency, which makes me feel fresher, my legs lighter, and my pace more sustainable over longer periods. It especially helps me during intense speed workouts and marathon distances, where every additional percentage of performance matters.
I use Nitrates+ before my hard training sessions and before competitions, this allows me to maximize blood flow and delay fatigue without having to consume liters of beetroot juice, which I digest very badly... the effect is truly amazing!
Nitrates+ is a much easier way to get the benefits of beetroot juice without the hassle of prepping or drinking large volumes. I take it before threshold or long rides, and it feels like I can hold power with less perceived effort. It’s become a simple part of my pre-session fueling.
For someone like me who specializes in long distances, this is a product that should never be missing. It improves blood flow, reduces oxygen consumption, and delays fatigue — everything you need for sports. I usually take 3 capsules 30 minutes before exercise.
I love the benefits of red beet, but not first thing in the morning. These capsules let me enjoy its effects without the taste, and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement — especially during long efforts.
Personally, I tried a combination of Fusion and Nitrates; this gave me consistent energy and better effort management. If i want to go for a KOM or a shirt effort Race, this is what i prefer, the right boost.
Whether you're a cyclist powering through hill climbs, a runner pushing through sprint intervals, or a triathlete aiming to hold power through the final miles, Nitrates+ helps you go further with less effort.
Nitrates+ combines three natural nitrate sources (beetroot, red spinach, and arugula) with L-arginine HCL to boost nitric oxide production and improve performance by:
The result? More power for the same effort, stronger sprints, and faster recovery.
You’ll feel the first effects from day 1, but peak performance benefits build after 5–7 days of consistent daily use.
Beetroot is naturally rich in nitrates, which the body converts into nitric oxide. For endurance athletes, this means improved blood flow, more efficient oxygen delivery, and reduced oxygen cost during exercise. The result is being able to hold your pace longer, push harder in intense efforts, and delay fatigue.
Red spinach is one of the most concentrated natural sources of nitrates. It supports higher nitric oxide levels, leading to better circulation, improved muscle efficiency, and lower perceived effort.
Arugula is another nitrate-rich superfood that boosts nitric oxide production, enhancing blood vessel dilation and oxygen delivery to working muscles.
L-Arginine is an amino acid that serves as a direct precursor to nitric oxide, helping to expand blood vessels and improve circulation. For endurance athletes, this results in more oxygen and nutrients delivered to the muscles, reduced fatigue, and stronger performance during long or demanding workouts.
thanks for your response. I appreciate the clarification – however, it doesn't really address the core issue.
Even assuming optimal absorption, the nitrate content per serving (based on your own ingredient breakdown) adds up to only around 75–125 mg of nitrate per 3-capsule dose. This is far below the 300–600 mg per day consistently shown in peer-reviewed studies (e.g., Wylie et al., 2013 & 2019; Bailey et al., 2009) to produce measurable performance benefits in endurance sports.
Standardization is important – but it doesn't compensate for insufficient absolute quantity. Suggesting users "just take more" may technically be possible, but that raises the question why a single serving doesn’t meet the evidence-based threshold in the first place.
To be clear: I value product quality and formulation. But unless the nitrate dosage per daily recommendation is adjusted or transparently clarified - and not misleadingly giving the impression of a much higher nitrates dosage, this product cannot be expected to deliver the effects shown in the literature.
Hello, Thank you for the reply. We truly appreciate your attention to detail and your interest in the efficacy of our products. You're right that many studies, such as those by Wylie et al. and Bailey et al., have demonstrated performance benefits in endurance sports with nitrate intakes in the range of 300–600 mg per day. However, it's important to consider the context in which those doses are administered and absorbed.
As we mentioned earlier, those studies typically use juice or plant-based sources of nitrates, where absorption rates are lower, often around 60% or even less, due to the presence of plant fibers, competing nutrients, and variability in individual gut microbiota. This necessitates a higher intake to achieve a certain blood nitrate level.
Our product, on the other hand, is standardized and concentrated, providing highly bioavailable nitrates in capsule form with minimal interference in absorption. The aim is not to replace dietary nitrate intake, but to supplement it strategically, especially before training or racing, when timing and availability matter most.
We also want to emphasize that the goal is not to take the full day’s worth of nitrates in a single serving. That approach would not align with how the body utilizes nitrates efficiently or safely, and the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) serves more as a guidance value, not something meant to be consumed all at once.
Most athletes already obtain varying amounts of nitrates through their daily diet. Our supplement is designed to top up levels when it matters most—such as shortly before physical exertion—to support performance without needing to consume impractically large volumes of vegetables or juice at that moment.
Careful!!
Nitrates+ combines beetroot extract, red spinach extract (9% nitrates), and arugula extract in a daily serving of 3 capsules. However, based on the declared ingredient quantities, the total nitrate content per serving is estimated at approximately 75–125 mg, depending on actual extract standardizations.
This falls well short of the 300–600 mg of dietary nitrate per day consistently shown in peer-reviewed studies (e.g., Wylie et al. 2013, Jones et al. 2018) to improve endurance performance, oxygen efficiency, and time to exhaustion.
Unless users are willing to consume 2–3 servings daily (6–9 capsules), the product does not reach the clinically relevant nitrate dose range. Therefore, in its standard usage, it cannot be expected to deliver the ergogenic effects associated with nitrate supplementation in the scientific literature.
Hello Ron, The product contains pure nitrates without the excess ballast typically found in juices and vegetables. It is also standardized to a specific value and includes added arginine to further enhance its effects. If you are heavier, you can, of course, take an extra capsule.
Keep in mind that when consumed from vegetable sources, a portion of these nitrates is absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract into the bloodstream. Typically, about 60% of ingested nitrates from leafy vegetables are absorbed, though exact figures may vary. The presence of other dietary components, individual differences in gut microbiota, preparation methods, and other factors also influence absorption.
In capsule form, you receive quickly absorbed nitrates that the body can use—along with, as mentioned earlier, arginine. Also, the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) doesn't mean you need to take the full amount at once, especially in the case of supplements that can also be obtained from food. It’s more of a reference point to help you stay oriented.
For example, the RDA for potassium is 3,400 mg per day in the EU and 4,700 mg in the USA. You definitely don’t want to take that all at once—especially not before a race.
Top product.
