Dokazano da opušta zivčani sustav je mirniji san, brzo spusti adrenalin nakon treninga. Mozda nije znanstveno dokazanom ali ja sam primijetio to djelovanje. I ono što me šokirao izbacio tablete za tlak koje sam pio jer mi se tlak normalizirati. To provjereno mjerenjem tlaka. Mozda nije dokazano znanstvenim istrazivanjem ali to kod mene tako djeluje. Uglavnom svima ga preporucujem.

Esto puede ocurrir en algunos casos por un exceso de magnesio en el organismo, ya que también puede tener un efecto diurético. Al empezar a tomar magnesio, es posible experimentar temporalmente heces más blandas o incluso diarrea leve. Estos efectos suelen desaparecer por sí solos con el tiempo.
No obstante, en tu caso es recomendable reducir ligeramente la dosis, ya que las heces blandas indican que el magnesio no se está absorbiendo completamente a nivel intestinal.
También pueden aparecer molestias intestinales y dolor en casos de sobredosificación, especialmente con formas más diuréticas como el óxido o el citrato. En estos casos, es necesario reducir la ingesta o considerar una forma más suave como el magnesio quelado.
