Dopo un ciclo completo iniziato nel mese di dicembre posso tranquillamente riportare quanto segue: Su di me non ha avuto alcun effetto sul vo2 max, anzi in questo periodo ho perso qualcosa. Detto questo posso tranquillamente dire che non mi sono ammalato per tutto l’inverno; figli , amici e parenti cadevano come mosche, io mi sono sempre sentito un leone. In più confermo un effetto tranquillizzante. Quindi super consigliata se non vi volete ammalare !

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, glaube aber das mein ZNS nicht mehr so schwächelt und ich seit der Einnahme mehr Belastung bei den Sporteinheiten aushalte. Würde ich wieder kaufen.
