Sodium bicarbonate fights muscle acidity and improves performance during short bursts of intense efforts.

Sodium bicarbonate capsules help you load up on sodium bicarbonate before training or a race, thus increasing your sprint endurance through lower muscle acidity.
The capsulated form of sodium bicarbonate solves its main problem — bad taste. This way, you don't taste its content, and you can easily regulate pH levels in your body.
The delayed release allows the capsule to get further into the stomach before absorption begins. This way, absorption is maximized and the digestive problems that can be common with sodium bicarbonate are avoided.
Use Sodium Bicarbonate (Delayed-Release) to increase your endurance above the lactate threshold and reduce muscle acidity!
Take 10 capsules with at least 500 ml of fluid one hour before exercise. Do not exceed 15 capsules per day.

Im Training getestet und jetzt bei MS Giro 26 - 95km eingesetzt und mein Gefühl sagt, es hat bei den wiederholten kurzen Anstiegen die Beine etwas geschont und konnte noch am Ende gut über die Schwelle gehen. Auch kein Problem mit der Verträglichkeit.

Ich hab nicht dran geglaubt, aber es wirkt! Es wirkt verdammt gut. 90km ohne die Beine zu merken bei 70-80% FTP.
