Great product, helps to restore minerals
Nosim nadprosjecno vise misicne mase od prosjecnog ultramaratonca te sam oduvijek vodio bitke sa grčevima. 4endurance Salt caps su mi pomogle u tome. U kombinaciji sa 4endurance elektrolitima čine ubojitu kombinaciju za borbu protiv grčeva i zamora.

Kombinacija Salt Caps kapsula i elektrolita odličan način za nadoknadu minerala i održavanje ravnoteže tekućine tijekom dugih aktivnosti.
S unosom elektrolita treba biti razuman, ali za većinu sportaša koji treniraju i znoje se rizik od pretjeranog unosa je mali ako se drži preporuka. Najbolje je prilagoditi unos trajanju aktivnosti, temperaturi i vlastitom znojenju, te se držati preporučenih količina proizvoda.
