Das Verhältnis von KH zu Eiweiß beträgt hier 4:1 – optimal für die Regeneration nach intensiven Einheiten. 💪 Wenn du ein Produkt für die Regeneration mit mehr Eiweiß pro 100 g suchst, empfehlen wir dir Regen, das etwa 17 g mehr Protein pro 100 g enthält.
Bezüglich der Süße – das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Falls du es weniger süß möchtest, kannst du es mit mehr Wasser oder Milch mischen, um den Geschmack etwas abzumildern. 😊
