Magnesium Direct contains two types of magnesium that complement each other to maximize absorption and effectiveness.

• Magnesium citrate is one of the most effective forms of magnesium and has significantly better absorption than most other types. It is derived from the magnesium salt of citric acid and has a high level of bioavailability (up to 90%).
• Dead Sea magnesium oxide is a naturally sourced form of magnesium that helps maintain electrolyte balance.

Place the contents of 1 sachet on the tongue and allow it to dissolve.

Take after physical activity or about an hour before bedtime.
