THREE TYPES OF CARBOHYDRATES

Iso Drink 4Energy contains three types of carbohydrates: maltodextrin (glucose), fructose, and dextrose.

Your body can absorb 60 grams of glucose and 30 grams of fructose per hour. Since glucose and fructose use different carbohydrate transporters in the body, this allows you to absorb up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour.

4ENERGY ELECTROLYTE MIX

Iso Drink contains the 4Energy electrolyte mix — sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium.

Sodium is the mineral we sweat out the most during exercise. It is a crucial mineral that helps maintain the proper balance of water and other minerals.  Without sodium, your body can not conduct nerve impulses and contract and relax muscles.

Potassium helps your nerves and muscles to function and move nutrients into your cells.

Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and reduces tiredness and fatigue. Its also the main mineral required for proper muscle function. 

Calcium is needed for muscles and nerves to function properly.
