Ho provato le capsule di caffeina, una mezz'ora prima dell' allenamento. Le ho trovate efficaci sia a livello mentale che fisico ma soprattutto nessun fastidio. Le consiglio per rimanere concentrati negli allenamenti lunghi e posticipare la stanchezza fisica. Le consiglio, saluti Mario Zirilli
