Team Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

By joining the 4Endurance Team Ambassador Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Brand Representation
Your team agrees to represent the 4Endurance brand positively and avoid promoting competing sports nutrition or supplement brands during the collaboration.
2. Use of Content
You grant VG Group d.o.o. the right to use photos, videos, stories, and other materials created by your team or its members featuring 4Endurance products.
This content may be used for marketing purposes - including social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials - for up to 3 months after the collaboration ends.
VG Group d.o.o. will always use your content respectfully and without harming your or your team’s reputation.
3. Privacy and Data Protection
VG Group d.o.o. may process and store contact details, photos, and other shared materials for collaboration and marketing purposes, in line with GDPR regulations.
You may request to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
4. Team Obligations
Your team agrees to:
 • Add the 4Endurance logo to your website (if available) and write “Fueled by @4Endurance 4Endurance” in your Instagram bio.
 • Create stories and posts featuring VG Group d.o.o. products from your team account and members.
 • Send photos or content created with VG Group d.o.o. products.
Active teams showing consistent effort and visibility may be upgraded to even better pricing tiers.
5. Validity
This agreement remains valid until the end of 2026, unless ended earlier by either side. VG Group d.o.o. may end the collaboration at any time without prior notice.
6. Relationship
 Participation in this program does not create an employment relationship with VG Group d.o.o.

By joining the 4Endurance Team Ambassador Program, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
