GO Isotonic Energy Gel Box
Second time I buy this package (lime) and great taste. Easy to take and no stomach issues at all. If there are one thing is the content size, you are supposed to do 3 per hour so that requires few of them on longer run to carry. I do complement those with the caffeine 4endurance gels to minimize the total number to carry.
One other benefit- during cold negative temp days, you can take these and skip carrying water since less sweating. Worked well for me
